Index tabs cover Paper pulps & mfg., Paper tests, Paper sales information, Paper complaints, Printing processes, Offset process paper, Presses & operation, Offset process inks, Offset process printing problems, Offset process suggestions, Letter press printing paper, Press operation plates & rollers, Letter press printing inks, Plate information halftone-line etching rubber plates etc., Letter press printing problems, Miscl processes mimeo-gravure- silk screen duplicating etc., Miscl information. "The material in this book was collected and edited by Oliver S. Barrie and was copyrighted by Nation Wide Papers, Inc. in 1938... The book was not made available to the public at that time. Carpenter Paper Company deemed this work to be of considerable value...and has caused a limited number of copies to be printed." Each section numbered separately, perhaps 200 pages in all. An uncommon find, with no institutional copies located through OCLC. ; 9-1/2" x 11-1/2"; Notebook with minor rubbing and soiling, name inked on title page (first tab), first two pages curled at rings, two sections appeat to not have any text, pages clean and free of tears or writing.

Roy S. White and J. N. Farnsworth were active in various office supply ventures and location in San Francisco starting at least 1907 (American Stationer, Volume 62, page 36, 1907).; Light corner wear, slight toning to paper, clean and unmarked.
