Among the many illustrations are homes designed by M. H. Bailie Scott, C. F. A. Voysey, and C. R. Ashbee, issue also features work by Otto Luer, Albert Schutte und Volmer, A. Sasse. Brown cloth stiff wraps ; 7 x 9.5"; xvi, 146 pp; Front cover curled outward and well worn, spine also shows wear, the rear cover shows little wear. The binding is a bit loose, the pages are generally clean and in VG condition, though one page of ads does have a closed tear.
