Blue cloth, gilt spine lettering, some pages embellished with typographical ornamentation. ; 6" x 9"; vii, 208, [2] (ads) pp; Boards runned, worn/bumped at corners, spine worn at top/bottom and rubbed with loss of gilt, front hinge slightly cracked though holding quite well, solid rear hinge, endpapers toned/spotte d, the occasion bit of light foxing but pages are generally clean and unmarked. Originally an 1898 gift from Herbert Sieveking to W. Alexander Smith-with his inscription inside the front cover.
