Quite scarce, with no institutional copies located through OCLC/WorldCat. ; 7-3/4" x 10"; 46+ pp; This document was used as a working copy. Front cover with brief annotations, both covers lightly soiled, rear cover and the rear half or so of the pages creased at lower right corner. A few stained and/or soiled pages including one small burn and three annotations. The annotations are changes and show that the Authorized Abbreviations for Cities were still in flux. [Additionally, a 2 pp document of abbreviations is also laid in at this location.] No faults impact legibility.
