This title was written in it's aftermath and before the second major market decline in 1937-1938. ; Book has very slight wear along bottom edge, text "Return to Central Bank" inked to front free endpaper, sound binding, text clean and unmarked. Still protected by quite worn glassine jacket-largely complete though in two pieces and in a clear protective wrapper.
